RESULT VALIDATION: HOW IT WORKS


Our result validation process begins with an initial review of a new system application, involving a desktop assessment of the Truck, Bus, Earth Moving Equipment or Gen Sets to assess its current engine operating parameters. The next step is establishing the baseline fuel consumption rate, achieved through an independent monitoring process with 99% accuracy.

Once agreed with the client, we proceed to install the JOURNEY Hydrogen system. Continuous monitoring of the system in operation allows us to assess the actual benefits that the systems deliver. During this phase, we compare the manual fuel data provided by the client with the independent system data for a comprehensive evaluation.

CVHHO knows the importance of showing the customer live data. They work with a few third-party world-class engine monitoring technology companies to thoroughly validate the performance of the JOURNEY hydrogen systems. The monitoring covers fuel savings, horsepower enhancement, engine diagnostics and continuous performance reporting of the engine as well as the JOURNEY System. This rigorous process is essential in building client confidence and supporting their investment, especially when offering a savings guarantee.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

We offer a 3 year warranty on the controller & the cell. All other general components - a one year warranty is applicable.Warranty is supported by our real time monitoring for the initial 12 months of the system operation.
