HOW DOES IT WORK?
CVHHO uses ortho-hydrogen and ortho-oxygen onboard production without storage. The JOURNEY system is designed to enhance fuel combustion by introducing precise amounts of hydrogen and oxygen. This maximises the power potential of diesel, resulting in a cleaner and more efficient burn, from 45% to over 80%. This leads to reduced emissions by harnessing the unburned fuel. When the ignition is started, both the diesel engine and the hydrogen generation system start simultaneously. No hydrogen storage is required, ensuring safety with only battery connection and air intake outlet above the engine bay.

REDUCED EMISSIONS
Emissions reduction: Up to 95%. During combustion, diesel engines burn only 45% of the fuel, releasing unburned fuels into the atmosphere as emissions, including NOX and hydrocarbons. By utilising the hydrogen generation system, fuel burn can increase to over 80%, resulting in emission reductions of up to 95%, depending on the type of gas. On average, reductions in NOX and CO2 emissions are around 80%+
DIRECT FUEL SAVINGS
Up to 30% plus (Guaranteed min. of 12.5%). This is achieved by harnessing the Energy of wasted unburned fuel, CARBON Emissions, by introducing a precise amount of Hydrogen and Oxygen in the air stream as a CATALYST to complete the burn of the diesel fuel inside the combustion chamber at every given load to increase the engines overall efficiency.
INCREASED POWER + TORQUE
Increased power + torque: up to 15%. It is the case that many heavy-duty, commercial grade engines are only about 45% efficient in converting fuel energy into mechanical horsepower, so the majority of that usable fuel energy (55%) is wasted.
